RETURN POLICY

Please read the following return policy: If you are unsatisfied with your 14 day risk free trial product you must return the unused portion of the bottle/s within 21 days from the date that we ship it to you. If you return the product within 21 days from the ship date you will not be billed. If you do not return the product within the 21 days, you will be billed for the product. Our customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please note the following terms apply for all returned items:

1. To return products please call customer service at 973-227-9009 to obtain a return authorization (RA) number
   
   
2. An RA number can only be obtained by calling our customer service department
   
   
3. RA numbers must be written clearly and boldly on the outside of your return box/package
   
   
4. We will not accept and process packages without an RA number
5. We cannot process or refund packages marked “RTS”, “Return To Sender”, “RFSD”, or “Refused”

7. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
   
   
8. We recommend all returns be sent using some type of delivery confirmation so you can ensure proper delivery
   
   
9. After we receive your return, it may take up to 14 business days to process your return, generate your refund, and for your refund to post to your account depending on your financial institution
